First, product overview:

KL-FD-CT Bottom Punch Packing Scale adopts gross weighing method, according to the material characteristics, the whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel except the transmission part.

Second， the function characteristics:

1.The material box is made of SUS304 material, as a small transition box for the winch feeding, the inner surface is thrown mirror, the outer surface is thrown matte treatment.

2.Feeding port is equipped with a quick cut-off door to ensure that there will be no excess material falling after the material filling is completed, which effectively improves the metering accuracy.

3.The material level sensor is equipped in the material box, when the material is lower than the set position, it can send out a signal and make the upper equipment start to supply the material.

4.The weigher adopts the load cell with high comprehensive precision, good long-term stability and impact resistance, supplemented by special force transmitting connecting mechanism fixed with the bag clamping device and weighing bracket.

5.The bag clamping device is a pneumatic clamping mechanism, which consists of bag clamping, clamping and holding mechanism and actuator.

6.Lifting device lifting mechanism with weigher, bag clamping device lifting, to achieve the bottom filling function, (compared with the existing market) to reduce the drop of materials, reduce the dust phenomenon. Servo motor drive, lifting speed stepless adjustable; screw guide mechanism drive, lifting process is stable and reliable.

7.Weighing control cabinet includes METTLER weighing instrument, Schneider relay card, etc. It controls the weighing action of KL-FD-CT and is the centre of the whole KL-FD-CT scale.

8.Auto/Manual switching, self-locking. Manual operation mode is used for maintenance, debugging or emergency treatment, normal operation is automatic operation mode.

9.The quantitative range of touch-screen settings, adjustable. In the quantitative adjustment range, through the touch screen to set any amount of value.

10.Feeding speed double speed adjustable. Applicable to the characteristics of different material feeding methods, adjust the amount of fast and slow feeding to determine the best closing value.

11.Packaging ration, packaging times are automatically displayed (six-digit). The instrument displays the current packing weight value and packing count value at any time.

12.TraxDSPTM anti-vibration technology. Unique fast multi-level digital filtering technology, eliminating the impact of vibration in the production process, to ensure the accuracy and stability of weighing.

13.Over-difference alarm. Each weighing process has gone through the error detection and judgement, and the alarm will be raised when it is out of tolerance.

14.Automatic return to zero, each cycle of the zero position detection, automatic correction of deviation, return to zero range can be set and adjusted through the touch screen. The function of auto-correction of advance quantity overcomes the influence of the material pressure of the storage bin and the change of material properties to ensure the packing accuracy and will not produce frequent fluctuation of accuracy.
