Stacking Bag Counting and Sorting Machine PXI-04D

PXI-04D type flat stacking bag sorting machine is connected with the bagging machine, the previous process will straighten the irregularly stacked bags and convey them to the differential conveyor belt, which conveys the bags to the counting mechanism at a slow and fast speed.

After the bags reach the set number, the material door will open and the bags will be stacked flat and fall into the conveyor belt slot, the conveyor belt slot is designed according to the specifications of the bags to ensure that the bags do not stand on their sides and fall off in the conveyor.

The sachets are transported safely in the chute to the feeding position of the pusher mechanism, and the pusher cylinder pushes the materials in the chute (2 groups at a time) to the transition conveyor belt, and the pusher on the transition conveyor belt quickly pushes the materials to the next process (in the chute of the cartoning machine conveyor belt).
