Sterilizing System Device

The equipment has the functions of heating, degassing, homogenization, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling, etc. lt is widely used in dairy products, fruit juice drinks, tea drinks, protein drinks, fruit pulp, concentrated juice, condiments, liquor and other liquid foods. The equipment features high heat recovery, energy saving and consumption reduction, compact structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance. lt also has its own ClP, SlP and other functions.

Parameter: pasteurizing, yogurt pasteurizing, UHT temperature115~137℃. The time of sterilizing can be adjustable. The machine can be connected with homogenizer, flash degassing and other equipment, according to the actual situation of customers.

The main configuration: UK Spirax Sarco steam control system, German emperature sensor, hot water pump or import brand product pump, Siemens PLC and touch screen control. Temperature control accuracy +0.5℃. lt also has its own ClP, SlP and other functions.
