A tubular preheater, heated by steam to increase the temperature of the slurry, achieves the goal of softening and killing enzymes. Steam enters the space between the shell and the outer wall of the tube, completing heat exchange, thereby increasing the temperature of the slurry and achieving preheating. 

Suitable for pasteurization of fluid and semi fluid materials, as well as pre boiling and softening of crushed materials. For example, pre cooked softening of crushed apples and tomatoes.
