It is designed for fully automatic cleaning of the inner and outer surfaces of penicillin bottles, ampoules, plastic bottles, or non-standard containers with irregular shapes.

The container is gently conveyed and flipped by a conveying mechanism, and is washed alternately by ultrasonic water bath and multiple water and gas cycles to ensure the effective removal of residues (such as glass, rubber, metal, fibers, etc.) and insoluble particles (such as sodium oxide, calcium oxide, and other alkaline oxides) pollutants inside the container. At the same time, different cleaning media are connected through independent pipelines to avoid cross contamination.

The design and manufacturing of the entire machine follow cGMP, FDA, and GAMP guidelines, and the cleaning effect can be verified.
